We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 64, Karen Ross Gardner (Waukegan, Illinois), born in Appleton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. E. Gardner (Jim) and Donna K. Gardner (Ross); and her brother Jim. She is survived by: her sisters, Robin Panier of Milwaukee and Linda Adams Ryckman of Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Karen loved California, but the constant wildfires and pandemic took a toll, and she missed Bob and all her friends and home.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in her name to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
