He is survived by: his uncle Reverend William Ivy Jenkins; his son Maurice; his siblings, David West (Sharon), Floistein West, Annie Teasley (Robert), Tecola McClean (Ralph) of Waukegan, IL, Bianca Jones (Thomas), Carol Thomas (Walter) of North Chicago, IL and Patricia West of Zion, IL; and his close friend Faye Luna of Waukegan, IL.. He is also survived by Three Aunts, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, grand- nieces and nephews.
