He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Diane Dunn; his children, Labecca Wells-Reid of Grand Prairie and Louis Wells Jr. of Midland; his wife Linda Denise Smith; his children, Keenan Le'Shae Smith of Sarasota, FL, Ettasha Lanetta Wells (Joshua Henley) of Kenosha, WI., Jessica LeEtter Wells (Mario Brown) of Kenosha, WI. and KeAnne LeEva Wells of Kenosha, WI.; his brothers, James Wells of North Chicago, IL and Abe Wells of Hermanville, MS; his daughter LaToya Lanette Wells; his goddaughters, Shabria T, Drake, Jonikka L Barnett and Felicia Morgan; his sister Antoinette Drake (Twitty); his friend Frankie Walker Hyatte; and his close friends, Frederick Smith (Pete), Jimmy Lee Phillips Jr., McArthur Redmond and Fred of Washington. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
