She is survived by: her daughter Wilma Jean Forte of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Orlando Forte (Marqueita) of Cincinnati, OH, April Forte of Cincinnati, OH, Amber White of Cincinnati, OH and Maurice Forte (Tara) of Pittsburgh; her great grandchildren, Mathue, Trustin, Ciara, Aisha, Emmett, Phoebe, Cedric, DeShawn, Tierra, Cameron, Ferlando and Tanisha; her son Little X Vorns; and her close friends, Sarah Allen, Dorothy Speed, Bertha Harbor, Elizabeth Brown and Deloris Uribe (Dee). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
