She is survived by: her husband Ricardo A. Ortiz; her daughters, Terrie Chamoun (Camil), Raquel Ortiz and Debra Ortiz (Roberto Salas); her grandchildren, James A. Nevarez (Maria P. Rojas), Abigail R. Nevarez, Juan Salas, Benjamin Salas (Elizabeth Salazar), Michael Chamoun and Daniel Chamoun; her great grandchild Leyla M. Nevarez; and her siblings, Jessie Perez, Seferino Perez Jr. and Mary Lopez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Congdon Funeral Home (3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Congdon & Co Funeral Directors (3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099).
