She is survived by: her children, Raymond Roosevelt Scroggins Jr., Nanette Michele Scroggins Golden and Kimberly Scroggins Mintz; her grandsons, Philip Mintz (Brandie) and Ryan Mintz; her great grandchildren, Johanna, Keilah and Luna Mintz; her siblings, Irene Ramsey, Sarah Haggerty (Willie), Mary Batts, Olevia Payton and Florita Fairley; her siblings-in-law, Augustine Payton and Edward Briggs; and her goddaughter Terri Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear family friends.
