He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Lincoln and Florence Agnes Motley; and his brother Richard A. Motley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Frances Motley; his children, Christina Hollstein (Harold) of Wadsworth, Cheryl Motley of Waukegan, Charles B. Motley (Dottie) of Stoughton, WI., Patricia Cokel (Robert) of Springfield and Paul Motley of Kenosha, WI.; his grandchildren, Autumn "Indee" Cokel (Kyle Ott), Hayley Cokel (Matt Rouse), Joshua Motley, Martin Hollstein (Melanie) and Vaughn; and his sibling's children, Richard Motley (Sue), MaryKaye Smith (Bernie), Donna Sheppard (John), Terry Maschek (Randy), Kim Dolter (Ron) and Sandy Giorgi (Randy).
