He is survived by: his wife Judith Lora Sprague; and his children, Margaret Hinojosa (Ernesto), Robert Riggin III (Marlee), John Riggin (Theresa), Thomas Riggin (Beatriz), Kenneth Riggin (Pamela) and Lora Riggin.
