He is survived by: his wife Dionne McDonald; and his brothers, Bennie Fluker of Waukegan, IL, Robert Smith of Toledo, OH, Melvin McDonald of North Chicago, IL, David McDonald of North Chicago, IL and Steven McDonald of North Chicago, IL. He is also survived by mother in law and sisters in law as well as a large host of nephews, nieces, cousins treasured aunts and dear friends.
