He is survived by: his children, Kiyona and Makila Usher; his grandchildren, Ariell, Jaquel, Martell Jr., Juelz and Donte Jr.; his siblings, Diane Lezine, Mildred McKnight (Chris) of Atlanta Ga, Susan Dixon (Mark) of North Chicago, Terry and Paul Usher of North Chicago; and also, Corderius, Terrence and Porsha Nelson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
