He was predeceased by: his wife Mae; his siblings, Joseph, John, William, Frank, Mary, Frances and Ann; and his granddaughter Deborah Foltz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Foltz (late James) of Grayslake, IL and Jean Simmet (Joseph) of Waukegan, IL; his grandchildren, Heather Hallman (Ken), Aaron Foltz (Annie), Christopher, Brian (Jill), Mary Beth Haberski and Alicia Simmet; and his great grandchildren, Mara, Miller Hallman, Isabella, Jackson Foltz, Finley and Sullivan Haberski.
Due to the Pandemic, Mass of Christian Burial will be private at St. Patrick Church in Wadsworth, IL.
