She is survived by : her husband George Phelps; her daughters, Erma Graham of Waukegan, IL, Susan Phelps (Kevin Hall), Tina Phelps of Fayetteville, NC and Lynette Phelps of Kenosha, WI; her grandchildren, Mikayla Hall, Liam Phelps of East Lansing, MI, Lybria Phelps, Antonio Waller, Jr. of Kenosha, WI and Lela Phelps of Fayetteville, NC; her great grandchild Lamyah Phelps of Kenosha, WI.; her siblings, Joseph Nix (Mattie), Bennett Nix (Rosie), Doris Nix (Bernard) and Deborah Stinson (Rod); her cousin Wheeler; and her close friends, Mary Cunningham and Mary Darden.
