She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Bales and Nemia Bales (Spork); and her great grandchild Jaxon Follis. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Follis and Sheri Dawson (Timothy); her grandchildren, Jessi Follis, Stephen Follis, Jenna Brown (Andrew) of Atlanta, IL and Dallas Dawson of Waynesville, IL; and her great grandchildren, Carter Follis and Kenneth Brown.

Memorials may be directed to Memorial Hospice, Springfield, IL.
