He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chap" and Marie Ernestine Finger (Cunningham); his former wife Barbara Jean Wall; his spouse Jean Hauffe; and his friend Donna Cunningham.

He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Stone; his sons, Allen Finger (Josette) of Clinton, IL and Eric Finger (Karen) of Decatur, IL; and his brother Larry Finger (Marilyn) of Bloomington, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to The Waynesville United Methodist Church.
