He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Hutchcraft; his grandparents, Bernice, Glen Lamb, Ardella and Delbert Crabtree; and his niece Brittany Perkins.
He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer Nelson; his father Warren L. "Skip" Crabtree; his daughters, Tiffany Boyd, Candace Crabtree and Alexi Nelson; his siblings, Tina Perkins, Anna Heldenbrand, Laura Pritchard, Patricia Whan, Roby Lott and Lee Crabtree; and his grandchildren, Zander, Wynona, Jackson, Jetson, Max and Zoe. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, neices and nephews.
