Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Nadine Chapman of West Union, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 87, on July 12, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Ogle and Carrie Ogle (Kenderdine); her husband Richard Catlin Chapman; and her siblings, Lee "Skeet" Ogle and Rhea Jean Davison.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Chapman (Lori) of West Union; her granddaughter Amanda Baima (Dominic) of Charleston, IL; her great grandchildren, Bindi and Tilli; and her brothers, Mac Ogle (Lois) of Shumway, IL and Tony Ogle of Paris, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar Prust-Hosch Funeral Home (313 E Union St, West Union, IL 62477). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the York Cemetery maintenance fund, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
