She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgar Glen and Ida Mae Allen (Keown); her husbands, Donald Johnson and Glen Boehm; her grandsons, Douglas and David Johnson; her great great grandchild Weston Hubner; her stepson Thomas Boehm; and her brothers, Paul Edward Allen, Bobby Allen and Harold Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Arthur Johnson of Findlay, Stanley Johnson (Barb) of Shelbyville, Donna Oldham (Mike) of Findlay, Kathy Swarms of Shelbyville and Virginia Defend (Dan) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Alison Hubner, Rachel LeJeune, Brandon Swarms of Herrin, Eric Defend, Evan Defend of Monticello and Emily Erickson; her stepchildren, Carol Wharmby of California, David Boehm (Sandy) of Oreana, Mary Perry (Gary) of Mattoon, Gerry Boehm (Teresa) of Shelbyville, Janet Musser (Mike) of Westervelt, Danny Boehm (Susan) of Shelbyville, Larry Boehm (Sally) of Shelbyville and Lisa Ballinger (Roger) of Neoga; her siblings, Betty Lambdin of Sullivan and Kenneth Allen (Dara) of Milstadt; and her sister-in-law Ann Allen of Arizona.
