He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Billsten and Kate Billsten; his wife Laura Penner; his sons, Nels (Leigh Ann) and Kurt (Julia); his grandchildren, Claudia, Jacob, Roberta and Henry; his sister Rhoda Sneller (late Lowell); and his sister-in-law Robyn Welch (Steven). He was also cherished by nephew, two nieces and several cousins.
