It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Cox (White Hall, Illinois), who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jackson and Julie Lockhart Jackson; her son David Cox; and her siblings, Charles "Red" Jackson, Margaret Cox, Mary Ann Cox and Rosie Seymoure.

She is survived by: her husband Keith Cox; her children, Melvin Leroy Cox (Donna) of White Hall, Duane Cox (Karen) of Coffeen and Judy Harr of Hardin; her grandchildren, Kim Parmenter (Rob), Nikki Buchannan (Jimmy), Jamey Hoots (Gina), Brandi Bowman (John), Heaven Wiser (A. J.), Amanda Crain (J. R.), D. J. Cox (Deanna), Cheyenne Cox, Dakota Cox and Austin Cox; and her siblings, Betty Williams of Roodhouse, Pearl VanMeter of White Hall, Louise Alred of White Hall, Alice Inman of White Hall, Bob Jackson of Greenfield and Lloyd Jackson of Muphysboro. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren, twenty great-great grandchildren.
