He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Foster and EllaRee Foster; and his brothers, Edmund, Billy, Bobby, Jim and Donald Foster.
He is survived by : his wife MaryJean Foster of Wilmington; his daughter Holly Romba (Bill) of Elburn, IL; his granddaughters, Shannon and Rachael Romba; and his sister Faye Dayhuff (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
