She was predeceased by : her parents, William Edward and Ruth Ann Klegman; and her siblings, Donald Klegman (Carol), Thomas Klegman, William "Jersey" Klegman, Cathy Broderick and Margaret "Peggy" Ragain.
She is survived by : her former life partner Douglas Strobel; her husband Doug; her children, Reverend Scott Strobel (Reneé) of Lockport, NY, Sandra Van Epps (Ron) of Northfield, IL and Amy Burke (Patrick) of Macomb, IL; her grandchildren, Douglas Strobel (Holly), Michael Strobel (Ashalea), Timothy Strobel (Hope), Wesley Strobel (Anja), Jacob Strobel, Annika Strobel, Kaitlyn Strobel, Krista Van Epps (Alex Bloom), Zachary Van Epps, Joseph Burke and Edward Burke; her great grandchildren, Clayton, Kira and Nathanael; her siblings, Patricia Fox (Ron), Kimberly Brown (Dave) and James Klegman; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Klegman, Ilene Klegman and Sheri Friddle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Frances' memory to Kuzma Care Cottage, Our Caring Closet, or to the Wilmington Fire Department.
