He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Flanigan and Ellen Flanigan; his brother Edward Flanigan; and his nephew Samuel Flanigan. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Yacobi (Rob), Ellen Tynor (Bob), Kathleen Penwitt (Dan), Patrick Flanigan (Amanda), Matthew Flanigan, Maureen Flanigan, Martin Flanigan (Brittney), Joseph Flanigan (Susan), MaryAnne Flanigan and Brian Flanigan; and his sister-in-law Leslee Flanigan. He is also survived by loving aunts and uncles, numerous nieces and nephews.
