She was predeceased by : her husband Arvid Klyzub; her sons, Michael and Paul Klyzub (Colleen); her parents, Clarence Slater and Mildred Slater; and her brother James Slater.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Klyzub (Pam), Cheryl Klyzub Boer and Precious.
