He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester and May (Noe) of Florida; his parents-in-law, Merle and Frances Headley; and his brother-in-law Dale Headley.
He is survived by : his wife Janet Kay Headley; his children, Carla Hawks (Glen) of Tega Cay and Kerry May (Kathleen) of Plainfield, Illinois; his grandchildren, Lucas Hawks (Lara), Alison Alvarado (Ricardo), Jessica Marshall (Trevor), Travis Hawks, Kaitlin May and Jacob May; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Hayden, Leah, Carter and Jace; his sister Deanna Traylor (late Kenneth) of Hillsboro, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Scott (late David) of Corinth, Diana Foltz (late Gary) of Patoka and Sena Landreth (Harry) of Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
