He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Whitecotton; his daughters, Susan and Valerie; his former spouse Bob Blaylock; his son Doug; his former spouse Scott Newberry; his children, Angie and Greg; his former wife Lisa Mix; his son Raymond; his former spouse Meghan Lowery; his grandchildren, Doug (Heidi Blaylock) of O'Fallon, Illinois, Angie (Tim Belford) of Marion, Illinois, Richard Blaylock (Besse Rawitsch) of Wilmington, Greg (Jennifer Newberry) of Newmarket and Ontario; his great grandchildren, Jared, Travis Blaylock, Sherri (Trenton Pulley), Aidan Belford, Gregory, Savannah and Jonathan Newberry; and his great great grandchild Natalie Jo Pulley. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
