In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles William "Bill" and Ninalee Young Jefferson; his sister Linda Howard (Dave) of Winchester; his sibling's children, Andy Howard (Natalie) of Henderson, NV and Amanda Howard of Winchester; his great-niece Ivy Mae Howard; and his friend T. J. Phoenix of Chatham.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coonrod Funeral Home (107 E Cross St, Winchester, IL 62694). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to the American Legion or the First Baptist Church in Winchester.
