He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Brown; his wife Della Houchlei; his children, Charles Stokes Jr. of Hillsboro, IL., Kent Stokes (Cheri) of Springfield, IL., Rebecca Stokes of St. Thomas, Tim (Angels Stokes) of Hillsboro, Jason Wright (Amy) of Manteca, CA, Richard Houchlei (Jessica) of Valparaiso, IN. and Brandon Houchlei (Michelle) of Farmington, MO.; and his sister Millie Noyes of Hillsboro. He is also survived by 13 grand children, 6 great grandchildren.
