He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Cerny and Blanche Cerny (Michek); and his daughter Joliene Colten. He is survived by: his wife Chi Kyun Cerny of Witt, IL; his children, Tina Penrod of Karnak, IL, Joseph "Chip" Cerny (Debbie) of Maui, HI and Joanne Hill (Brad) of Glenview, IL; and his brother Lee Cerny (Mary Jo). He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
