He is survived by: his grandmother Lillian Johnson of Chicago, IL; and his siblings, Michael Johnson (Ali) of East Lindfield, NSW, David Johnson (Cheryl) of Bull Valley, IL, Thomas Pfenson (Elizabeth) of Harwood, MD, Marcus Johnson of Fenton, MO, Anna Austell (Mark) of Barnhardt, MO and Carrie Johnson of Wonder Lake, IL. He is also survived by his niece and nephews, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
