She was predeceased by : her parents, Reuben T. Peterson and Nellie S. Peterson (Gustafson); her husband David Willard; her son-in-law Mike Sanders; her grandchildren, Daniel Bermudez and Trista Brown; and her brothers, Leland and Dale Peterson.

She is survived by : her children, Jeff (Nancy Willard), Debbie Sanders of Atkinson, Terri (Tim Brown) and Sue (Eduardo Bermudez); her grandchildren, Greg (Nickie Willard), Christie (Kevin Rangel), Trisha (Josh Keel), Derek (Kim Sanders), Kelsey (Tyler Mickelson), Tauna (Erik Roth), Timothy Brown, Miguel (Vanessa Bermudez), Ana (Neil Arch) and Vanessa (Corbin Hopkins); and her sisters-in-law, Harriett Peterson of Woodhull, Jan Peterson of Moline and Barbara Griffin of Geneseo. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
