With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Mika Gehrke of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Mika and Mary Mika (Jurczinski); her husband Melvin C. Gehrke, Sr.; her daughter Lorelee L. Pietrzak; and her brother Henry.
She is survived by : her sons, Chriss Patrick, Melvin C. Gehrke, Jr. (Cynthia) and Steven J. Gehrke (Debra); her son-in-law Christopher Pietrzak; her grandchildren, Steven (Olivia), Jackelyn (Jeff), Colton, Dustin (Jasmin), Larissa and Lynsie; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Eliot, Aubree, Ingrid, Alma and James.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 272 King St., Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
