He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Lee Wise; his daughters, Kelly Miller (Monte) of Loves Park, IL, Karla Burnett of Oregon, IL, Kristie Jaques-Anglin (Dennis) of O'Fallon, IL and Keri McGuire (Travis) of Big Rock, IL; his significant other JoEllen Neubauer of Sterling; his sister Lois Appleman (William) of Dixon; and his grandchildren, Mallory Miller, Mason Miller, Cheyenne Burnett, Peyton Burnett, Captoria Clark (Darrick), Logan Miller, Dante Anglin, Emily Miller, Ella McGuire and Elliot McGuire.
