With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anita M. Olsen of Yorkville, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anita left this world on August 20, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Rasmussen (Bobbi) and Ezra Rasmussen (Red); her husband Richard Olsen; her sister Myrna; her granddaughter Maren; and her daughter-in-law Tamara.
She is survived by: her children, Kelli O'Byrne (Dave), Michael Olsen (Marie) and Stephanie Brockway (Chris); her grandchildren, Nathan, Mandy, Jennifer, Lydia, Corbin, Jo, Matthew and Jackson; and her brother Wayne Rasmussen. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fillmore Free Methodist Church (19127 Co Hwy 8, Wykoff, MN 55990).
