She is survived by: her children, Kristin Mains (Jeff) of Columbia City and Erik Stangland (Rachel) of Brownstown; her grandchildren, Elisabeth, David, Katherine, Asaiah, Matthias and Zacharias Mains; and her siblings, Linda Atkinson of Columbia City and Dale Friskney (Sue) of Albion.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Merriam Christian Chapel (3985 US-33, Albion, IN 46701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorials be made to Sarah's Circle in care of the church.
