He is survived by: his significant other Janice S. Willis; his children, Richard A. "Rick" Jumper (Gazina), Michele (Brad), Georgia, Chris Holder and Alexandria; his siblings, John A. "Tony" Smelser of Marion, Kenneth B. Wisehart (Jeanette) of Marion, Janis Y. Sprinkle (Jay) of Marion and Debra S. Reed (Michael) of Marion; his grandchildren, Charlie West (Carmen), Dacia West, Ryan Jumper (Kara), Rachel Weise (Corbin), Breana Lemmons and Drew Lemmons; and his pets, Maggie, Jessie, Tiger and Lucky. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
