He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Bir and Alice Bir (Buschman); his sister Wanda Hayes; his niece Jennifer Fuller Thomas; and his nephew Jim Vester.
He is survived by : his wife Cindy Bir; his daughters, Angel Bright-Street (Tim), Sabrina Modesitt-Zionsville, Tabitha Hughes-Carmel (Ian) and Ashley Pyle-Muncie (Joe); his stepdaughters, Sheila Swegman-Alexandria (Kurtis), Stefanie Swindell-Summitville (Josh) and Shawna; his siblings, Diane Flatford (Larry), Connie Fuller-Alexandria (Dale), Janice Vester-Yorktown (Walter), Doris Daves-Indianapolis (Rick), Bob Bir (Diane) of Alexandria, Bill Bir of Alexandria, Loyd Bir (Kim) of Alexandria and Clarence Bir-Logansport (Kris); and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Connor, Ronald Strait (Dieanna), Carl Strait (Tina) and Butch Hayes-Alexandria. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Current Indiana mandates require social distancing and appropriate facial masking at all times.
