She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mumaw and Barbara Mumaw (Cougill); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Lewis. She is survived by: her close friend Mike Lynch-Alexandria; and her siblings, Mark Lewis, Ray "Rocky" Lewis (Brenda) and Melanie Jettinghoff (Jim).
