He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Pattengale, and Betty Pattengale, Sr.; his former life partner Vickie Pattengale; his son William Langley; his stepfather Evert Rutherford; and his brothers, Michael S. Pattengale and Rick Pattengale.

He is survived by : his wife Tami Pattengale; his children, Melinda Treon (Dwayne), Glenn Pattengale III (Traci), Lisa Mason (Derrick) and Jeremy Pattengale (Nachia); his stepchildren, Julie Gray, Tara Albea (Levi), Staci Leibl (Myles) and Chad Gray; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Michael, Matthew, Andrew, Dylan, Dustin, Gregory, Braeden, Jayden, Kyanna, Elijah, Cali, Valyn and Marleigh; and his sister-in-law Susie Pattengale. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
