It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A Rowland Jr. of Alexandria, Indiana, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James A. Rowland, and Ruby Rowland, Sr.; his children, Chad Rowland (Margaret), Jeremy Rowland (Teresa), James A. Rowland, III, Jamie Rowland-Coffman (Shane), Lora Holman and Lisa Walker (Kevin); and his brother Michael Rowland. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
