He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Foley and Elizabeth Foley (Chance). He is survived by: his children, James W. Foley (Crystal), Jennifer Foley, Daniel Foley, Mathew Foley (Michelle) and David L. Foley (Rachel Hunter). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
