He is survived by: his close friend Jack; his parents, Peggy Williams (Paul) of Alexandria and Gary Hartley (Pamela) of Muncie; his siblings, Gary Hartley of Anderson, Cyndi Girdler (Mike) and Paula Stansberry (Scott) of Cicero; his grandmother Dorothy Maxwell of Bonita Springs, Florida.; his great-nieces, Ella Hartley and Eloise Weaver; and his nephew Jason Smitley. He is also survived by brothers, all great friends.
