It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Jean Hummer (Anderson, Indiana), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Orpha Smith (Reff); her husband Charles Hummer; her daughter Jan Elaine Baker; and her great great grandchild Vada Smith.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kim Laffoon (John), Kathy Smith (Tim) and Shelley Clamme (Wes); and her close friends, Millie Hall, Francee Lynch (Don) and Sue Cates. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Central Christian Church, 923 Jackson St., Anderson, IN 46016.
