He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa O'Donnell and Emmett O'Donnell; and his sister Janet. He is survived by: his children, Jim O'Donnell (Deb) of Dayton, OH, Mike O'Donnell (Kathy) of Lafayette, IN, Laura Roggy (David) of Indianapolis, IN and Lisa Shu (Jeff) of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Fulk (Steve), Lili O'Donnell, Caroline O'Donnell, Lauren O'Donnell, Claire Shu, Madeline Roggy, Evan O'Donnell, Erin Shu and Jake O'Donnell; and his friend Bill Riffe.
