She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth McKinney and William McKinney; her husband Wincle Lee Howard; and her siblings, Mary Fletcher, Robert McKinney and William "Junior" McKinney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lea Ann Murray (Timothy) of Alexandria and Cathy Kinkead-Miessen (Dennis) of Noblesville; her grandchildren, Carmen Lau, Kelli Ochs and Nicholas Kinkead (Heidi); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Ochs (Jack Shepler), Alexandra Cook (Tyler) and John Ochs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
