She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Church; her siblings, Howard Masters, Bedford "Beaver" Masters, Bill Masters, Hudy Masters and Virginia Benton; and her stepson David Robey.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Cook (Patty Elliott), Ronnie Cook (Teresa), Kay Ball (Danny) and Rin Clegg (Mike); her stepdaughter Marty Lutz (Larry); and her siblings, Tommy "Salty" Masters (Beverly) and Joetta Long (Paul). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
