Charles E. Frazier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2021, at the age of 80, Charles E. Frazier of Anderson, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frazier and Irene Frazier (Hanshew); and his sisters, Ruth Holder and Ethel McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Frazier (Hilligoss); his children, Tammy Hornbeck (Bryan), Anderson, Marie Mathew (Marty) and Doug Porter (Kennetta) of Cape Coral, FL; his brother Joe Heath (Mary); and his close friends, Billy Hooten, Gary Robinett and Jerry Hilligoss. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
