He was predeceased by: his brother Chris; and his grandparents, Jeanette Hamm, Palmer Hillegas, Rose and Carl Harrison.
He is survived by: his parents, Charlie Hillegas and Audrey Hillegas; his sister Ashley Hillegas; and his close friends, Nicholai Vincent and Perry Grove. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Colby's name be made to Bridges of Hope Treatment Center to help others who are struggling with addiction.
