He is survived by: his children, Christi Johnson (Chad), Ricky Stewart and Helen Miller (Cory); his stepfather Stan Ritari; his sisters, Kimberly Wheeler and Pam Mallery; his close friend Curtis Schwegel; and his former wife Dianne Callaway (Stewart). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 nieces.
