He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Phillips; and his sons, Nicholas Lane and David Phillips II. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Phillips; his children, Jamie Lane, Bridget Passmore, Brena Lasley (Zachary), Evelyn Phillips and Kattey-Kay Phillips; and his grandchildren, Joshua Copeland, Aaron Aldridge, Nicholas Aldridge, Savannah Phillips, Destiny Passmore, Dalton Lasley, Landon Lasley, Paxton Lasley, David Phillips III, Isabelle Phillips and Benjamin Smith.
