He was predeceased by: his parents, Worth Hiatt and Irene Hiatt (Barron); and his parents-in-law, Earl and Dorothy Schmitt. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hiatt; his daughters, Pamela Kulow (Mark), Teri Michael (Jason) and Julie Wood (Paul); his grandchildren, Sara Kulow Waldron (Ben), Nicole Wood (James), Jeremy Wood, Andrea Wood, Leslie Wood, Richard Wood and Michael Wood (Kristin); and his brother-in-law James Schmitt (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
